We are a Home and Community Based Services provider dedicated to supporting individuals in the Employment and Community First (ECF) and CHOICES programs within the East Tennessee region. These programs focus on assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the aging population, and those with physical disabilities.

In-Home Care
